Only the minimum needed to deliver your order:

• •Payment reference (UTR / screenshot) you send to confirm your UPI or bank transfer
• •Messages you send us over email or WhatsApp, and the reply we send back

• •Process your payment and confirm the order
• •Deliver the ebook and re-share access if a link stops working
• •Answer support questions about your purchase
• •Send only messages directly related to your order

We do not sell, rent, trade or share your personal information with advertisers. We do not run ad trackers or marketing cookies on this page. Card, UPI PINs and net-banking details are never entered on our site and we never ask for them.

Only your bank or payment app, to the extent needed to complete the transaction, and only if legally required — for example a valid request from law enforcement.

Your contact details are used for your order, not for marketing blasts. If we ever send anything optional, unsubscribing from that message takes effect immediately.

Order and support records are kept only as long as needed for customer support, dispute handling and basic accounting, then removed.

You can ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. A single email to hindivoxmedia@gmail.com is enough, and we will act on it.

We handle your information with reasonable care and limit it to what your order needs. No method of transmission over the internet is completely secure, so we cannot promise absolute security — but we keep only what we need, which limits the risk.

This ebook is meant for adults who can enter into a purchase. If someone under 18 has ordered without a guardian's knowledge, write to us and we will resolve it.
