Refund Policy

Once a file is downloaded or access is granted, it cannot be taken back or "returned". That is why a ₹99 digital ebook is generally non-refundable after delivery — the same rule every digital-product seller follows.

If any of these happen, write to us and we will fix it — re-delivery, re-access, or a refund where it is clearly due:

• •Money was deducted but you did not receive the ebook or access
• •The download link does not work, is expired, or the file is corrupted
• •You were charged twice for the same order
• •You bought by mistake within minutes and have not opened or downloaded the file

• •Changed your mind after reading or downloading the ebook
• •You did not earn the income you hoped for — results depend on effort, skills, market demand and execution
• •You found the content too basic or too advanced after accessing it
• •A purchase made by someone else in your family on your device or payment app

Email or WhatsApp us with: your payment reference (UTR / payment ID), the date and amount of payment, the phone number or email you placed the order with, and a one-line description of the problem. A screenshot of the payment confirmation speeds things up.

Please raise it within 7 days of purchase so we can trace it easily.

We reply within 24–48 hours on working days. In most cases the fix is immediate — we resend the ebook file. If a refund is genuinely due, it is approved and sent back to the account you paid from; banks typically credit it within 5–7 working days.

Nothing here affects any consumer right you have under applicable Indian law. If a consumer forum or authority has a different view, that view stands.
